1. Is HomeProHub a home improvement contractor?
No. HomeProHub matches homeowners with contractors. Local HomeProHub 25 Point Certified Contractors actually build/install all of the projects that are coordinated through our service.
-
2. Does HomeProHub sell anything?
No. We only showcase the materials and products that our certified contractors have to offer.
-
3. What is the relationship between HomeProHub and the contractors within its network?
The interaction between HomeProHub and our contractors is limited to the regular monitoring of each company for continued eligibility in our Certified Contractor Network. Reassessment of each contractor's eligibility takes place every six months. Our commitment to our customers is that we will be their eyes and ears when it comes to maintaining the honesty and integrity of the HomeProHub 25 Point Certified Contractor Network.
-
4. What makes a contractor qualified to be in the HomeProHub network of contractors?
-
Each and every one of our contractors meet a rigorous set of benchmarks in order to be part of our Certified Contractor Network. The qualifying process includes: The 25 Point Certification Process.

5. How does HomeProHub make money?
HomeProHub is paid a service fee to use our site and our resources by the contractor after the contract between the homeowner and the contractor is signed. Homeowners are never charged a fee and will actually find that projects completed through our network are generally 8-10% lower than contracts signed outside our network. This savings is due to the fact that the contractor does not have the additional overhead and burden of marketing and sales, therefore they can offer you a lower price. Without our service, marketing and sales overhead expenses are passed on to the homeowner. This is one of the most compelling reasons to use our service in addition to the convenience, simplicity and security.

6. What is an HPC?
This is the acronym for our HomePro Consultant. This is the friendly HomeProHub individual that will visit your home.

7. How long will my appointment with my HPC take?
We typically spend up to two hours with homeowners but the appointment can be shorter. There is no minimum or maximum time frame. It's as long as you want it to be.
-
8. Can I see samples?
Yes. You will see all the samples you desire. If we come to your home and do not have a specific product sample with us we will come back with that sample so we can complete your project profile quickly and accurately.
-
9. Will my HPC give me an estimate?
No. We will give you a project cost range based on the scope of the project you create with your HPC. This consultation regarding price will be based on national averages of cost per opening by manufacturer.
-
10. Does HomeProHub provide any other categories of home improvement besides windows?
Not at this time. We are a young service. We will add home improvement categories as we improve and refine our service.
-
11. Why did you create HomeProHub?
We realized early on in our careers in home improvement that the entire system of buying for the homeowner and selling for the contractor was broken. We set out to build a simple and efficient service that makes the process better for everyone involved. We believe we have achieved that with HomeProHub... we hope you agree.
-
12. Why am I being asked to fill out a web form in order to get more information?
We understand that some people would prefer to speak with a HomeProHub representative directly in order to have all of their preliminary questions answered. However, this early web form process allows us to gather your information, make contact and, should you wish to schedule an appointment, we will be better able to assist you.
