Dear HomeProHub,
You guys have really changed the way to buy windows, this was my second experience replacing windows in a home -- where were you guys years ago? We had you out to our house and had our windows installed exactly a month later, fantastic service! I will definitely recommend you to all our friends.

Hi HomeProHub,
We stumbled onto your site while looking for replacement windows for our home. We read thru the site and really could not believe how easy it sounded to go thru the process -- of course we were skeptical but after meeting with one of your consultants we were amazed at how painless the process was.

We investigate so you can feel confident
Homeowners can rest assured the only contractors allowed in the HomeProHub Trusted Contractor Network are proven, fully licensed and insured contractors that pass 25 levels of certification. Any contractor that does not pass our 25 point certification process will not be part of our network of contractors... period.
Contractors will benefit from being part of a fully certified network because they will know the only other contractors bidding against them are contractors that fit the very same business profile. Contractors will know they are bidding against other companies of the same size and abilities therefore creating a level playing field. The risks of a low ball bid by a competing company that has limited or no overhead concerns are eliminated. Giving the homeowner clear and easy to understand competing bids.

- Workman's Comp check. Please note: If a company claims they don't need Workman's Comp insurance what they are saying is they don't have any employees. So the contractor will be performing ALL of the work himself. Often companies will claim to have no employees therfore not need Workman's Comp but then turn around and send an installation crew to the home to install the windows. In this scenario, if an installer is hurt in your home while performing the work they could sue you.
- We visit HomeProHub Certified Contractors in person for a visual inspection of their facilities. We check for stability indicators like cleanliness, organization and overall good practices.
- Interviews of owners are performed in person to determine the level of participation by the owners and people named on the contractor's license.
- We perform an in-depth investigation of any and all past insurance claims to determine the level of accountability exhibited during any past discrepancies.
- We talk to their customers. In order to become a HomeProHub Certified Contractor each company must provide us with a sequential list of homeowners that have completed projects within the past 90 days. The sequential list means we talk to ten homeowners from their database in sequential order not hand-picked customers that they know went well. We want to talk with real customers and hear their real experience.
- Finally, we check out their craftsmanship. Are they good at what they do? Do they produce happy customers and not just customers that don't have any complaints? Getting the job done is one thing but getting the job done above and beyond expectations is what HomeProHub is looking for!
